Gourmandly Blanc Olivier EI: We are committed to selling you quality products, the customer declares having read and accepted the general conditions of sale prior to placing his order on the gourmandly.fr. website.

Prices/ Costs/ Delivery terms:

Product prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC).

Please note that the customer is solely responsible for declarations and payments of any customs duties or other taxes that may be payable depending on the country. Delivery terms are to local and international home via colissimo:

  • Standard: Delivery within 3-7 business days + 2-3 day processing time

  • International Delivery: Delivery within 7-14 business days + 2-3 day processing time and depending on the destination. Fees vary depending on the destination country and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Bulky Items: Some bulky or heavy items may require additional shipping fees or specific delivery times.

  • Remote Areas: Delivery to some remote areas may incur additional fees and longer delivery times.

       N.B.: The order form will indicate the amount of delivery costs according to the country before any order is placed.

Shipping Issues:

Shipping Address: Please verify your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot refund or be held responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect address.

Payment Terms:

We accept payments by credit card, visa, master card etc., online payment is secure and we do not accept payment by bank check. You will have 24 hours to cancel your order before the processing time of 2 to 3 days and any delay in payment of 48 hours is considered as an abandonment.

Withdrawal - Disputes:

We guarantee that our products are of quality and personalized or custom-made items cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the event of a manufacturing defect and we guarantee after-sales service to answer all your questions if necessary.

  • Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return certain items valid only on items (FASHION & JEWELRY) and for the rest of the items we cannot accept for hygiene reasons.

  • Condition of the Item: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all labels attached. Damaged, worn or altered items will not be accepted.

  • Return Shipping: Pack the items carefully and affix the return label to the package. Drop off the package at a post office and the return costs are the responsibility of the customer, thank you.

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the new item or the new size desired. The exchange is possible subject to stock availability.

N.B : We will handle disputes following an agreement within 90 days if applicable or see European dispute resolution platform

  • We guarantee to our customers: in case of problem or return, that once we have received and inspected the returned item in good condition, we will send you the exchanged item according to stock availability (this is only valid for Fashion & Jewelry items) or issue a refund as the case may be. The reshipping costs for the exchange are our responsibility but please choose carefully before purchasing, thank you for your understanding

  • Payment terms: is made via the original payment method.​

  • In the event of a dispute between the customer and the company, the applicable law: it is the French law of the commercial code, the Paris commercial court has sole jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.

Shipping

We ship exclusively to the address provided by the customer. Please verify the accuracy of your shipping address before finalizing your order. We cannot refund or be held responsible for undelivered packages due to an incorrect address.

Refund

If the item deteriorates, expires quickly or is unsealed by the consumer after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection, we have the right to refuse your right of withdrawal according to article L121-21-8 - Consumer Code.

  • Refund Period: Once we have received and inspected the returned item in good condition, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Refund Method: The refund will be made via the initial payment method used during the purchase. Please note that the processing time by banks may vary, thank you for your understanding.

Return Costs: The return costs are the responsibility of the customer with proof of deposit within 7 days and in its original packaging and in perfect condition. The packaging and quantity of the products must not be opened or modified or used. In the event of a product defect, we undertake to replace the product within 30 days. Please note that no refund will be made if the customer provides an incorrect address, and the sender has already sent the package or if the packages are lost or delayed after deposit with the carrier.
